有人說是目錄權限的問題，但是我給includ這個文件夾給了777權限，可是還是不行，誰能告知知道怎麼回事啊~謝謝謝謝了~

1.你没有获得license，或者没有将license.php放在指定的路径上
2.你的license路径配错了

如一楼所说，这是因为php.ini文件中的open_basedir项的限制。该项可以设置成只允许打开某个规定的目录下的文件。
如果要修改的话，把open_basedir项设为空值后重启apache即可
