关于B2BBUILDER升级的有关问题

关于B2BBUILDER升级的问题
目前有一个根据B2BBUILDER（某B2B开源软件开发商）的V6。2版本进行二次开发的B2B站点，现在需要升级到新版本为V6。5。2，因为在6。2版本的基础上做了大量的二次开发，修改了很多内容，包括后台文件夹名称，大量的公共文件,甚至把数据库的某些表名和字段也修改过。有些只是少量修改，有些修改比较多，甚至连结构也有所改变，修改的文件接近300个公共文件！

在V6。2版本的基础上进行二次开发的人比较多，并且都没有做任何文档说明（修改过什么文件，修改了什么内容等），现在简单的通过把V6。5。2的源文件复制到B2B站点上替换V6。2的方法肯定是不行的。不知道有哪位有做过类似升级工作的，除了人工把这300个修改过的公共文件一个一个阅读修改外，还有其他什么更好的办法没，请指引一个确实可行的方法或思路，如果方法确实可行，效率高的话，分可以再追加，非常感谢！
