本文主要通过php的pecl配置php版本的oauth环境(oauth v1.0) 如果 v1.0明白v2.0也就会OK了
步骤：

3、复制php_oauth.dll到php/ext目录下
4、配置php.ini文件
5、重启apache查看phpinfo
