Foreword

During the development process, because I had come into contact with Discuz before, I directly used the getcookie and setcookie methods in common.js, so that I could use IE for testing later. At that time, I found that these two methods did not work in IE, so I asked my colleagues for help. This way I have the origin of the jquery.cookie.js file. There is very little code in it. I will paste it below for future use and research.
