经常发现同事爲了更改DB的Collation而删掉DB，重新创建过。其实，只要一条SQL就可以解，唔使哽麻烦！！

执行以下SQL，即OK咯叻！！

SQL：alter database 数据库名称 SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS
