本文介绍Oracle数据库服务器搭建,OS版本:Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 4/5。为了追求更高的性能,稳定性及经济性越来越多的公司将自己的数据库服务器迁移到Linux平台,结合自己公司的环境编写以下文档供大家参考,如有不当之处请指出。

在安装OS之前一般需要做RAID,至于是做RAID5还是RAID1+0则根据自己的需求在I/O性能及安全性上衡量。在选择安装包的时候我一般不主张完全安装,毕竟我们的服务器资源还是很珍贵的,没有必要的服务可以不用装。我们可以按最小化安装,以后再根据需要补充安装。当然如果能确定需求的话直接选择自己需要的包来安装是最好的。

一. Linux磁盘划分:

1. 对于内置2块磁盘(146G)的系统,/ 目录 20GB,SWAP 与内存大小相当(内存8GB以下的机器SWAP配置8GB),/boot 100MB。作为数据库平台,建立/dba文件系统20GB作为数据库软件目录;其余的磁盘空间分配给/u01文件系统,作为存放数据文件的目录。

2. 对于内置4-6块的磁盘系统,/ 目录 40GB,SWAP 与内存大小相当(内存8GB以下的机器SWAP配置8GB),/boot 100MB。作为数据库平台,建立/dba文件系统40GB作为数据库软件目录;其余的磁盘空间分配给/u01文件系统,作为存放数据文件的目录。

3. 对于Oracle数据文件目录文件系统使用mke2fs -j  -T largefiles命令建立。

二. Oracle目录标准(建议):

1. 对于无外接存储情况下Oracle目录标准(建议):ORACLE_HOME=/dba/app/oracle/product/10.2.0.4(根据实际版本指定);ORACLE_BASE=/dba(dump目录为/dba/admin/sid);Datafile目录为/u01/oradata/sid;Archive目录为/u01/oradata/archive_sid

2. 对于有外接存储(/u02)情况下Oracle目录标准(建议):ORACLE_HOME=/dba/app/oracle/product/10.2.0.4(根据实际版本指定);ORACLE_BASE=/u01(dump目录为/u01/admin/sid);Datafile目录为/u02/oradata/sid;Archive目录为/u01/oradata/archive_sid

3. Oracle建库采用CUSTOMER方式,直接更改初始UNDO和TEMP表空间为8GB(或4GB,也可以通过增加数据文件数目到更大,,根据实际的业务需求);SYSTEM表空间为512MB(或者1GB);Redolog为100MB;单个的Datafile大小8GB为宜(ext3文件系统的特性使然,其他文件系统则根据其特性自行设置),Datafile的大小一次性划分到8G最好,不建议使用自扩展。
