异常名:Oracle.jbo.NoDefException: JBO-29114 ADFContext is not setup to process messages for this exception
分析了一下，oracle.jbo异常 应该是在我的VO的事，NODef，可能是我某个参数没定义。
再确认了下，MB中case_region_voi.setNamedWhereClauseParam("v_provincecode", provinceCode);报的错误
确认了VO中所有参数名称都没有错误，才发现过来是我的VO调用错误了，不该是case_region_voi,应该是case_province_voi。
所以在使用setNamedWhereClauseParam传参时，，如果VO中没有找到相应名称的参数，则弹此异常。
