VailData数据验证类是用于服务器端（PHP）验证传入的数据值的合法性，简单易用
关于VailData的说明，TP上面已经有了，http://www.thinkphp.cn/code/191.html，上附件是新版本，
修改了一些Bug，最明显的是支持了数组的提交

<input>英语验证规则，可使用外部类方法验证如：
