严格意义上的 IDE 推荐 Aptana Studio，但其实用起来你会发现 Sublime Text 更顺手，因为 IDE 的优势在 JavaScript 中完全发挥不出来，而功能复杂速度慢的缺点却凸显的很... 居然没有emacs，不科学。
imp.el用起来比Webstorm的LiveEdit要爽，还不用装插件。
mozrepl可以直接遥控Firefox。
livereload的功能支持的绝对一级棒！ https://ide.coding.net 不解释 Brackets Brackets
完全的开源，免费。最大的亮点是支持即时预览，再也不用边写代码边刷新浏览器了。

题主说是IDE，那么我觉得，最好用的应该就是Intellij(Webstorm)了 Aptana Studio：http://www.aptana.com/ Webstorm, Sublime, 还有atom但还在发展中。几年了，前段开发IDE我确实用过不少。最后在前一段日子选择了HBuilder，感觉确实不错，国产，简约，功能强劲，虽然还在beta版。在这之前使用visual studio2013（提示不错）的。用过很多，dreamweaver（入门期），netbeans、webstorm（尝试过），sublime（偶尔需要写简单php时候），Aptana（学习javascript的时候教程视频里面跟着用），notepad++、editplus等都使用过。 Notepad++ http://notepad-plus-plus.org/
