Usually I use DIV plus border to define the edges, but sometimes I find that the border often disappears when dragging the scroll bar in IE, and comes back when you refresh it.
I have thought about this problem for a long time but have not figured out the reason, so this problem exists in some pages written before using DIV+CSS.
Today, this problem really affects the final result, so I found a tip: "I thought adding a height to the DIV can solve it."

As for the cause of this problem, I think it is a BUG in IE. This problem will not occur when you use Mozilla Firefox / Opera.
