如果想要对SEO友好的话，只能用pjax了。你可以参考下 https://github.com/dangcheng/pjax。不过对服务端的改动有点大。
难道你想要的是 pjax 的方案？
用到iframe的地方还是很多的，特别在跨域的时候。
如果是普通地在页面嵌入内容当然不需要这么麻烦，ajax请求新内容，成功后将得到的内容替换进dom文档的目标位置即可。
很多框架有现成的这种机制，用原生或jquery手写也是可以的。
莫非这种技术不是叫做pjax？
