我的想法是这样的，在公众号输入“我”，此时便会将七牛云上的一张“我.jpg”上传到微信临时服务器，返回mediaID，然后将图片显示给用户。

找了很多资料，要本地图片上传，不能是Url，请问有解决方法吗？

你的公众号如果是经过认证的，可以调用微信素材管理接口实现。

你就不能先存下来么

微信内置api上传图片必须是本地图片（不过既然他们本地提交图片了，那肯定还是走ajax之类的，你可以试着模拟下客户端的这个过程，手动发包过去）
不过话说，微信服务器上图片才3天，你的图片都在七牛了为什么又要放到微信那边去呢？
