最简单的就是用git + rsync

任何一个版本控制工具都可以；
我过去公司采用的办法是
在生产服务器上检出SVN中对应tag的版本，然后做一个ln，web服务器指向这个软链，检出来的代码按时间戳进行命令（便于查找版本顺序），如果需要回滚，直接重做一个ln。
上面的流程做成一个小的脚本，方便在多台机器之间进行统一发布；
