win10下无法访问共享文件夹

win10下共享文件夹，共享之后，别的电脑无法访问这个共享文件夹
别的机器访问\\192.168.1.142\kaibuy(192.168.1.142是我的本地ip)时，提示密码错误
但是密码确实是我本地的登录密码
注：换了密码，重新测试，还是不行。。。
希望高手能指点一下。。。
