Opera Browser is free and it is currently the smallest and fastest browser! Opera was launched in 1994 as a research project for the Norwegian telecommunications company Telenor and evolved into an independent development company, Opera Software ASA, in 1995.
Opera Software ASA creates the Opera web browser and is the industry leader in web browser development for the desktop and device markets.
