操作系统是 OS X 10.11 Al Captain 吧。在这一代新引进了 rootless 的特性，锁住了 /usr/bin/ 目錄。解決方法：不安裝在 /usr/bin/ 而是 /usr/local/bin/ 下：

sudo gem install --bindir /usr/local/bin cocoapods
