We discovered one or more bugs in your app when reviewed on iPad running iOS 9.3.1 and iPhone running iOS 9.3.1 on both Wi-Fi and cellular networks.
Specifically, a blank screen is displayed only upon launch of app. Please see attached screenshot for detail.
We have tried on multiple devices and under both wifi and cellular setting but to no prevail.

的启动页是否是网络图片,来自于网络加载?如果是,确保一下此地址能被国外用户正常访问到,App Store
的审核员主要在美国,确保他们访问时没有问题或者延迟。
