ubuntu14.04 - vim配置疑问

在ubuntu14.04下，用的root用户操作，在家目录下没有 ~/.vimrc文件，因此修改/etc/vim/vimrc文件。
没修改之前 source vimrc即出现错误。

请问这是什么问题。
