jquery 1.8版本前有size()方法，1.8及之后的版本没有size()方法。size()方法用于返回被jQuery选择器匹配的元素的数量，在jQuery版本1.8中被废弃，可使用length属性来代替。

本教程操作环境：windows7系统、jquery3.6.0版本、Dell G3电脑。

size()方法用于返回被jQuery选择器匹配的元素的数量。

低版本（jquery 1.8以前的版本）的jquery有size方法，而高版本的jquery没有size方法。

size() 方法在 jQuery 版本 1.8 中被废弃。请使用 length 属性代替。

高版本的jquery，无法使用size()方法，会报错。

jQuery length和size()区别

size()是jQuery提供的函数，而length是属性（不带括号）。

size()是操作对象实例的方法，定义在jQuery中，只能在jQuery下使用；length是属性，定义在dom和javascript中，不在jQuery中也可以使用。

针对标签对象元素，比如数html页面有多少个段落元素e388a4556c0f65e1904146cc1a846bee94b3e26ee717c64999d7867364b1b4a3,那么此时的$("p").size()==$("p").length

计算一个字符串的长度或者计算一个数组元素的个数，那么此时只能用length而不能用size()

说明：

.size()这个方法不接受任何参数
