Oracle的优势：
1  稳定性是排名第一，这也是传统企业爱之不舍的原因
2  综合性能最好
3  毕竟是靠DB发家，市场占有率和知名度无人能及，至少目前是这样

MySQL的优势：
1  开源数据库的老大
2  存储引擎的巨大优势
3  未来潜力无可限量

Oracle相较于Mysql而言就操作界面复杂了一些，语法上几乎差的不多，所以谈哪个好学的话没有太大的意义，硬要说的话那就是mysql简单点，操作界面会相较而言简单一点点。
