composer 中国源更新出错

今天在服务器上运行

composer update

给我返回的提示是

> php artisan clear-compiled
> php artisan optimize

> php artisan ide-helper:generate

不知道这是什么原因？是镜像有问题还是我本地的证书什么的有问题
