[curl] 60: SSL certificate problem

用curl链接的时候出现上面这个问题。在Google上找到了答案，后来也修好了，但是不知道是什么原因，有知道的给解释一下~~

<code>I had the exact same but on Windows & xampp. My solution was as simple as: Follow this link: http://curl.haxx.se/ca/cacert.pem Copy the entire page and save it in a: "cacert.pem"

Then in your php.ini file insert or edit the following line: curl.cainfo = "[pathtothisfile]\cacert.pem"
