求黑刀dezender5使用方法

下载了好几个黑刀dezender5，但在解密时有提示成功，却都不能生成文件。不知道是什么原因。
环境：无PHP运行环境的XP系统下、文件夹名不存在中文或者空格、程序文件在正式PHP环境下可以运行。
