手册上说默认就是这种访问方式：http://web.interest.com/article/index
Not Found
The requested URL /article/index was not found on this server.
是不是哪里需要配置呢，也没查到？

你的服务器不支持去掉index.php。
试试http://web.interest.com/index.php/article
试试http://web.interest.com/index.php/article
