读定txt文件的问题

一。请问怎么每次把内容写入txt文件的第一行。

二。请问怎么读取txt文件的最后一行。

一。那个写入txt第一行把txt文件原来的内容都清除了，我是想保留原来的内容，新内容插入到第一行。

看来没有直接功能去实现，只能循环取出数据了，谢谢啦
