该综合体可能会在今年第四季度比最初预期更早地生产出第一批产品，第一阶段可能会在 2025 年第一季度投入运营。第二阶段可能会在2025年第三季度进行试运行，并在第四季度开始正式运营。

VCBS 表示，Dung Quat 2 综合设施的年产能为 560 万吨，将为 Hoa Phat 到 2025 年提供巨大推动力。

该综合体的销量预计将在2025年达到150万吨，2026年达到400万吨，并逐步增加至2027年500万吨和2028年600万吨。

新工厂的运营可能恰逢越南政府决定对中国热轧硬币（HRC）钢征收反倾销税。 “我们认为 HPG 的热轧卷销售在很大程度上取决于（越南）政府的热轧卷保护主义。关于[反倾销税]的最终决定将对公司有利。”

HPG 表示，2024 年第三季度净利润为 30,220 亿越南盾（1.1978 亿美元），收入为 34 万亿越南盾，同比分别增长 51% 和 19%。

在中国央行宣布自 Covid-19 以来最大规模的刺激计划以重振房地产市场后，预计建筑活动将加速，该集团的盈利可能会在第四季度有所改善。

与此同时，第三季度全球铁矿石价格跌至每吨91美元，煤炭价格触及每吨186美元，创三年新低。因此，HPG 的利润率预计未来将会改善。
