周四，攻击者从一个八个月没有移动任何数字资产的政府地址中掠夺了加密货币。然而，不到 24 小时后，同一地址收到了 1930 万美元的退款，恢复了受损美元价值的 88%。受影响的钱包包含从 2016 年抢劫 Bitfinex 的黑客手中夺取的加密货币。

黑客本周窃取了价值数百万美元的稳定币 USDT、USDC、Aave USDC (aUSDC) 和以太坊 (ETH)，Arkham 周四指出，他们已开始出售 ETH 收益，并通过与洗钱服务相关的可疑地址。

Arkham 重点介绍了 2023 年与美国政府钱包相关的几项数字资产流动：

7 月，另一个政府地址转移了从丝绸之路查获的价值超过 20 亿美元的比特币 (BTC)。根据 Arkham 的说法，代币转移可能是“将 10,000 BTC 存入机构托管/服务机构。”

4 月份，一个政府地址将扣押的价值超过 1.31 亿美元的 BTC 发送至 Coinbase Prime 钱包。
