1. How to become an Ouyi node

If you successfully invite 10 valid new users, you can choose to become an Ouyi node and enjoy commission rebates.

Note: "Effective new users" need to meet any of the following conditions:

• Successfully receive the blind box deposit reward

• The cumulative trading volume reaches 5,000 USDT (excluding the trading volume of 0 fee currency)

2. How to earn rebates

1. Create a link-Join Oyi After node planning, your original invitation link will become the default node link. Nodes can customize invitation codes and generate exclusive invitation links. Nodes can also create new links and allocate rebate ratios to you and your friends.

2. Share the link - Share the invitation link or invitation code with friends or fans, or promote it on social media and other channels.

3. Friends join and trade - new users register through links and complete transactions; or recall old users to log in through links. "Recalling old users"
means: users have not logged in/deposited money within 180 days/ After transactions/withdrawals and transfers, etc., it can be recalled by any channel (excluding natural traffic). After the recall, a relationship will be established with the new channel, and the old invitation relationship will be removed.

4. Get rebates - You can get rebates from the handling fees of invited users, which is valid for life. Rebates are settled in USDT every hour.

Note: If the counterparty has a negative fee rate, the rebate will be calculated based on the actual net handling fee incurred. If the following conditions exist, you will not be able to obtain rebates:

• There is no handling fee for the currency traded by the trading user

• The trading user uses a rebate card , trial funds, contract experience coupons, etc. to deduct handling fees

• Trading users enjoy special rates

• Trading users use bulk trading order transactions

• The country/region of residence of the trading user is a non-rebateable area

• The trading user is a market maker or broker

• The transaction fee level of trading users reaches VIP5 and above, and the monthly rebate has reached the upper limit

• Nodes outside the Chinese-speaking area cannot earn the rewards of Chinese-speaking area users Handling fee rebate

• Nodes, helpers, and sub-nodes that have not completed real-name authentication cannot receive rebates

• The node rebate ratio is 0 , the node commission is suspended, or the node account is frozen

• The assistance link assessment failed, resulting in a rebate ratio of 0

3. How to view detailed rebate data

1. Nodes can view the transaction volume of all invited users on the "Friends" tab , handling fees and rebate amounts.
2. Nodes can download and view all data of invited users through the "Export" function. Optional time ranges are from one day to one year before the report was generated. Up to 30 reports can be generated per month and can be downloaded within 15 days of creation.

4. Ouyi node assessment rules

1. From now on, Ouyi node plan will conduct node level assessment every month, and the assessment results will determine your Monthly node level and commission ratio.

2. The assessment indicators are: 1) Friend’s trading volume in the current month 2) Number of new traders in the month or number of active traders in the month.

3. The rebate ratio defaults to 30% of the invited user’s handling fee.

• In a single natural month, if the node completes higher transaction volume and transaction number targets, it can be upgraded next month to enjoy a higher rebate ratio;

• When a node fails to achieve the transaction volume and number of traders targets of the current level for three consecutive natural months, the node level will be reduced accordingly;

• When the node level drops to 0, You will not be able to enjoy rebates.

4. After becoming a node, you can enjoy a 5 natural month node level protection period. During the protection period, your rebate ratio will not be lower than the rebate ratio corresponding to your node level in the first month.

Note: If you become a node before the 15th day of a natural month, you can enjoy a 5 natural month node level protection period; if you become a node after the 15th day of a natural month, you can enjoy a 6 natural month protection period.

Example: If you become a node on July 1, the protection period you can enjoy is from July to November; if you become a node on July 20, the protection period you can enjoy is from July to 12 moon.

5. Invite friends to help share links

Nodes can invite helpers to share the help links, and jointly receive commission rebates with the helpers. The process is as follows:

1. Make sure that the helper has registered an OUYI account.

2. On the node page, create a new booster link.
Note: Only nodes can create and modify booster links.

3、给助力人和受邀用户分配返佣比例。助力人的返佣比例范围 0%-40%，受邀用户为 0%-20%。
注：节点可以修改助力人的返佣比例，但不能修改受邀用户的返佣比例。现货和合约以统一的返佣比例进行计算。

4、节点和助力人从受邀用户手续费中获取返佣。
注：若受邀用户在交易中使用返佣卡，节点和助力人将获得扣除返佣卡奖励以外的净手续费的返佣。

5、在节点计划页面，查看返佣及相关数据。
注：助力人也可在节点计划页面查看自己的返佣数据。
