mcrypt_create_iv()调用不成功，超时?

下载网站源码总是报错：
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in
最后定位到这一句调用：

测试文件
test.php：

注：
1.我在自己win7上运行的是ok的，报错是搭的ubuntu服务器，环境：Ubuntu 12.04 apache2.4 php5.5.28
2.附phpinfo截图，mcrypt应该是安装好的。。吧？
