这个错误我也是一脸懵，安装各种依赖库，卸载重装都不行，求大神指导

推薦使用Python的發行版Anaconda，自備各種資料處理包，不用額外安裝
該發行版使用conda包管理工具，可以有效避免pip安裝導致的依賴錯誤，無法安裝等問題
如果覺得安裝包比較大，可以試用精簡版的Miniconda,需要額外下載安裝。
