建立mysqli物件與資料庫連線 - 出錯

按課件，輸入代碼，運行，出錯

但如果把創建物件之前的註解全部刪除（仍保留有空行），則可正常運行，是什麼原因？

運行環境：本機（windows） phpstudy 2018
