javascript - git 在推送時報這樣的錯是哪裡錯了？

第一次使用自己建造的網路倉庫，但是在提交程式碼時出問題了，報這樣的錯是什麼意思？應該從哪裡解決？謝謝！
我使用的是sourceTree.
