我經常使用txt文字編輯器寫入php文件，所以經常會自動添加bom頭部，導致在很多時候會帶來問題，例如我們session無法運作、cookie無法設定等等問題。

下面我整理了幾個利用php程式清除 utf8格式檔案中的bom頭部方法。
