網上的很多PHP微信支付接入教程都頗為複雜，且需要配置和引入較多的文件，本人透過整理後給出一個單文件版的，希望可以給各位想接入微信支付的帶來些許幫助和借鑒意義。
直接執行該檔案即可退款給指定的微信用戶。
需要注意的事項：
1. 微信退款到零錢要求必傳證書，需要到這裡帳戶中心->帳戶設定-> ;API安全->下載證書，然後修改程式碼中的證書路徑
2.該文件需放到付款授權目錄下，可在微信支付商家平台->產品中心->開發組態中設定。
3.如提示簽章錯誤可以透過微信支付簽章驗證工具進行驗證：微信公眾平台支付介面偵錯工具
