PHP 呼叫 Oracle 預存程序出現 not all variables bound 原因

今天發現使用 PHP 呼叫 Oracle 預存程序總是出現這樣的一個錯誤。

ORA-01008: not all variables bound

後來折騰了很久，發現是變數名稱寫錯了。
