请问如何把html上静态表单上的checkbox值带到邮件_html/css_WEB-ITnose

我现在要实现一个静态html表单提交后，同时把表单内容以页面形式发送到指定邮箱，这些都已实现，但现在唯一的问题是，表单上的所有checkbox值到了邮件里都是空值，要怎么解决？
我邮件发送，取值是通过JS实现的
