搜索你安装的目录 php.ini

用记事本打开

查找 display_errors 
修改成
display_errors =on

搜索
error_reporting = E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE
或者搜索：
error_reporting = E_ALL & ~E_DEPRECATED

修改为
error_reporting = E_ALL

保存，重启apache
