Find Kuma (west of Azuchi, near the map marker). He directs you to troubled farmers. Defeat the Level 22 drunken samurai (Yasuke is recommended). Then, locate the corrupt daikan at the Omi Daikan Mansion (map marker provided). He's easily eliminated; just watch out for guards. Return to Kuma to complete the mission.

Locate the Teppo Factory in the Nagahama docks (west of Ibu Highlands). Grab the Synchronization Point. Naoe's stealth skills are advantageous here. Find "The Nagahama Plot" note (on a walkway near the water, atop red pots). Locate the Horokubiya Bomb on the second floor of the nearby boat and plant it near the gunpowder. Escape into the water to complete the mission.

A Prayer For Omi: Meeting Lady Oichi Again

Meet Lady Oichi near Lake Biwa, close to Azuchi. Participate in four rituals (clearly marked when observing). A final conversation with Lady Oichi completes the mission; flirtation is again an option.

The Wheel Unmasked: The Rendezvous Point

The rendezvous point is in the Shiotsu shrine. Choose Naoe (easier stealth mission). Observe the noble to locate The Wheel. Eliminate the Shinbakufu samurai. Return to the rendezvous point to meet Yasuke. On the island, eliminate enemies (Yasuke is recommended). The Hoarder is a stronger opponent. Locate The Wheel's position to proceed.

Should You Spare or Attack The Mourner?

The Mourner is revealed to be Lady Oichi. Choosing to spare or attack has minimal consequences. Sparing opens a romance quest ("The Wheel Turns"). Attacking results in a partner taking the fall, and Oichi is spared regardless. You receive the Myth Slayer katana.
