zf 配置有关问题

zf 配置问题
刚安装完毕并且能正常显示demo内容，现在想自定义一个
结果按照http://blog.sina.com.cn/s/blog_650d2bb70100yk7z.html这里途径二的方法，将原来的index改成他的
结果就不能显示了 以下是log 的报错：

确认目录，文件名是否正确，包括大小写也要正确。
