注意事项

格式保留

• ✅ 文本、段落、表格：完全保留
• ✅ 高亮、删除线、加粗：均受支持
• ⚠️ 复杂样式（自定义主题）：可能丢失
• ❌ 图片、图表：需手动处理

表格内文本替换

python-docx 对表格中文本的匹配要求完全一致（包括空格、标点符号、换行符）。

解决方案：

1. 使用更短的搜索字符串
2. 先用 markitdown 预览表格内容
3. 确保 JSON 中使用的搜索文本与预览结果完全一致

Git 最佳实践

• 使用本地 Git 仓库（请勿上传至 GitHub）
• 将敏感文件加入 .gitignore
• 定期备份至安全位置

故障排查

“未执行任何替换”

原因：待替换文本未精确匹配

解决方案：

“未找到虚拟环境”

解决方案：

“文件未找到”

解决方案：

• 检查文件路径是否正确
• 尝试重新上传该文件
• 确认 URL 可正常访问
• 验证 SFTP 凭据是否有效
