When using the ping command, large white spots appear blurred, and errors also occur when using some parameters. Can anyone tell me why this is? ?

(The blurry white dots should be Chinese characters, caused by encoding problems)
Right-click options and change them to GBK as shown below

If you encounter problems later, just change it back to UTF-8
