vim - git bash under Windows cannot be opened in multi-tab mode

As the title says, you can open multiple windows with multiple tabs on a Linux or Mac terminal, but git bash on the win platform can only have multiple windows, but not multiple tabs. I want to find a terminal that can perfectly replicate the Linux platform. Software
