netbeans的GIT有办法支持命令吗？

netbeans这个IDE自带了GIT，完全图型化，但有的时候会遇到些小问题是这个工具不好解决的，想直接输入命令来解决，但这个工具怎么直接可以输命令或者在中端直接操作这个分支，（如果直接跑到这个目录下，GIT是认为没有初始过这个仓库）
