tortoisegit - commit git did not exit cleanly (exit code 1)

Question

I am in the wamp environment, using the TortoiseGit tool, and the platform is open source China's code cloud
The original folder is in the www directory, I cleared all the contents of the www folder and created a new folder under the wamp folder. Clone. The subsequent pull operation is normal. After adding the file, Git->Commit
appears

After selecting ignore

Recommit and still display commit git did not exit cleanly (exit code 1)

Delete the folder you want to commit and re-commit it will display
