html - webView不能上下拉刷新
这里用iOS自带的UIWebView加载HTML5页面，除了iPhone4可以上下拉刷新，在iPhone5，6，6plus上面页面都拖不动，UIWebView的frame我是设置的屏幕的frame。有人知道怎么解决么？

It seems that the contentSize of scrollView is smaller than the size of the frame, so it cannot be scrolled. Check whether the bounce is set to NO.
