docker restart 之后卷宗内的东西为什么会清掉呢？

第一种：
使用镜像启动了一个容器
在容器里面修改了东西
docker restart <容器id> 之后容器里面修改的东西没有了。

第二种：
使用映射的卷宗在宿主机上边修改，重启之后宿主机上的修改也不见了

第三种：
当修改了容器内的东西之后，使用docker commit 之后，重新run commit之后的镜像，这个镜像里面的东西也不存在了

docker初学者，哪位大神帮助分析一下，上边三种情况呢？
