有两个问题：
1、现在安装的话，Ubuntu是14.04 LTS还是16.04 LTS?

2、假如在windows上有个vpn客户端，全局代理，那么，在Ubuntu的bash中输入的命令可以访问被墙的网址吗？

After reading some information and discussions, the shell and windows systems should be opened independently, because I have been waiting for the official version update and have not tested it yet.
