Mylyn eclipse 不能使用富文本编辑器对task进行编辑。

2个eclipse的插件都对过了，也都使用-clean重新启动过eclipse，也都启用了富文本编辑器这个设置，不知道为什么一个能正常打开富文本编辑器，另一个不行。

There is an addtionnal setting in the Properties for task repository dialog box. Just change the Access type from web to XML-RPC
