希望了解ubuntu 12.10显卡驱动的问题

我是一位ubuntu新手，我想问问老手们 这种新系统出来后，显卡驱动这些到什么时候才支持的比较好，至少没有大的问题。

我现在安装12.10 thankpad r400上 风扇一直狂转不停，我想应该是驱动的问题吧，其它像显示方面到还好。

如果很久，我就换回12.04了。
