dev.html/log4j.log 无法删除，可能被其它进程占用。将占用的进程找出来killdrop.

看下图，在“资源监视器”界面中，点击第二个选项卡CPU。在关联的句柄Enter the file name in the search box on the right, and click the drop-down arrow on the right to see which programs the file is occupied by.
